Bootstrapped a mobile health application to 100,000 users managing diabetes. The flagship product, Unacceptable, used deep learning to auto-track sugar content from food photos and included a virtual AI nutritionist to help users lower A1C levels and lose weight. Shipped globally on iOS.
Built the first telehealth infrastructure for mental health in the United States, serving 22,000 patients through a network of 500+ clinicians. Ginger used machine learning to predict flares of depression and deliver proactive care. The company raised $28.2M in funding and was named one of Fast Company's Top 10 Most Innovative Companies in Healthcare. Ginger later merged with Headspace, reaching a valuation of $3 billion in 2021. Patents from this work have been cited over 111 times by top institutions globally. Aditya grew the team from zero and launched scalable on-demand therapy on iOS and Android, with 56% of patients returning weekly.
Founded an in-the-moment gift-giving marketplace that used passive Facebook data to predict moments of celebration, depression, or anxiety and connect users with local vendors. Built a logistics platform that reduced shipping costs by 45% and a personalized gift recommendation engine. Shipped on iOS and Android.
Co-founded a learning management system providing open online courses, with the goal of improving access to affordable higher education. First course generated $180,000. Exited via acquisition.
Collaborated with medical researchers to heuristically model X-ray radiation, designing experiments that successfully reduced biological radiation dose by 80% in patients during X-ray imaging. Used MATLAB, Simulink, and OpenCV C/C++ for medical image processing.
